The game includes the original Box and Manual. The box is sweet with the illustration across the spread.
The disk (not tested) and manual look really clean. The box is pretty nice. A little storage wear and a small piece of tape tore a bit of the back cover off. See zoomed photo. It also includes a bunch of the original inserts.
