Ten holdeverything MAGNIfiles letter-sized, hanging, file-folders

Step One
Hold the black index support facing you.
With your left thumb, slide the magnifying lens to the right approximately 1".
Do not remove the magnifying lens entirely from the track.
This will prevent damage to the lens and will make it easier to replace the lens after inserting the index strip.

Step Two
Feed the index strip under the magnifying lens so it lays flat in the track.
(Be sure you begin feeding with the right-hand edge of the index strip... otherwise, your titles will be upside down!)

Step Three
Now, hold the index strip in place with your left thumb and gently slide the magnifying lens all the way to the left.
Your MAGNIfile is ready to go to work for you in your file drawer!
